The Foundation for Rural Housing (Serves all WI counties except Dane and Milwaukee)

- Critiacal Asssitance Programs for rent, security deposits, mortgage, utilities, property tax

USDA Rural Development

- Home Repair Program and low-interest loans. (You must own the land to qualify.)
